Terms of quote requests
Submitting a request is free and does not oblige you to sell. Any offer from Super Cash for Car is based on the details and photos you provide and is confirmed when we inspect the vehicle at pickup. If the vehicle differs from the description (for example missing parts or different condition), the final price may change.
You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to sell it, and that the information you provide is accurate.
Ownership is transferred when payment is made and the required documents are signed at collection.
Privacy policy
What we collect: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email (optional), pickup location, vehicle details and the photos you upload.
Why: only to prepare your quote, contact you about it and arrange collection. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it: Super Cash for Car staff, and service providers we use to run this service (website hosting, email, WhatsApp). Map and address lookups use OpenStreetMap.
How long: we keep requests for as long as needed to handle your sale and our legal/accounting duties, then delete them.
